Cancelling

Cancel from the panel (hub.orkio.si → your box → Billing). Your box keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then it is switched off. Its files are kept for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted.

Refunds

• First payment: ask within 14 days and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: not refunded, since you can cancel before a renewal at any time. If a renewal charged you by mistake (you had cancelled, or were charged twice), we refund it.
• Outages: if your box was unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of us, ask and we refund the affected days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Write to support@orkio.si from the email on your account, with the box name. Your legal rights as a consumer apply in addition to this policy.
